At Juniperseed Consulting we look for projects with unique vision, an exciting market opportunity, and a passionate team. Our clients may have different business models, but they often need help with similar things: building partnerships, raising money, creating financial models, styling pitch decks, designing stakeholder engagement plans, developing user acquisition systems or strategically expanding their workforce.

Once we've found a project we love, we help raise funding, build infrastructure, and make the connections that help a project succeed. Consultants at Juniperseed help clients take ideas and turn them into an operational reality.

MEET THE TEAM

Beatina Theopold, Founding Partner

Beatina Theopold has ten years of experience in partnership building and organizational development. Before founding Juniperseed Consulting, she worked as an investment associate at Goldman Sachs, a partnerships advisor at USAID and on the field team for Obama for America. Beatina has a passion for small business growth, civic engagement and socially responsible investing. She is an energetic supporter of women in business, and is an active member of the Forte Foundation and the Los Angeles chapter of the Ellevate Network. Beatina has a BA from New York University and an MBA from Cornell University, where she sat on the Diversity Council and was a founding member of the Johnson Women in Tech conference.

Kyle Brazil, Advisory Partner

Kyle Brazil has over eight years of experience in marketing and sales strategy with an emphasis on organizational effectiveness. He has provided comprehensive human resources and organizational development solutions for a range of marketing and sales challenges. With experience on five of the six continents, Kyle has a strong understanding of comparative labor law and is enthusiastic about projects that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He has a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Cornell University. Kyle holds an SPHR certification from the HRCI.

Jeff Phillips, Advisory Partner

Jeff Phillips is a global supply chain manager with five years of experience in supply chain solutions and innovations at Apple, Nike and P&G. In addition to his advisory role with Juniperseed, he currently works in global supply chain management at Apple. He is also a strategic branding expert and works to support companies with the capacity to change industries for the better. Jeff has a degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech, where he was awarded the J. Herb McCauley Leadership Award, and his MBA from Cornell University, where he was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow.
